Any bride wants to make sure her bridesmaids are dressed their best on the big day. Whether your bridesmaids are wearing the same style dress or different styles, we want them to all fit perfectly.
Bridesmaid and prom dresses may need to be altered in a number of ways, including making sure that they are properly fitted. Dresses can be made more feminine by adding ruffles and lace, as well as taking in the waistline. I can also shorten bridesmaid dresses, which makes them easier to wear.

I never cut corners and always strive to reconstruct dresses in the way they were originally made. This is meticulous work but crucial to the dress structure and final presentation.

When attending a fitting, please remember to bring the shoes and underwear (at least the top part!) that you will be wearing with the dress.
Typical Prices – Bridesmaids & Prom Dresses
There is a £30 initial booking fee for all alterations, which is deductible from the final bill but is nonrefundable.
Bridesmaid dress alterations typically start at around £30 up to around £150.
Dress designs, fabrics and complexity vary enormously so these prices are approximate.
Urgent alterations requiring a fast turnaround (within 3 weeks), are subject to a surcharge of £35-£65 depending on the work involved.
Bridesmaid and prom dresses should be booked in at least 6 weeks in advance.

She transformed my daughters prom dress to make it the most PERFECT fit! The dress was a very intricate and delicate style, but Jane managed to alter the shoulder straps and take in the upper body area, the work was phenomenal, you wouldn’t have had a clue where the alterations had been made! We were over the moon with the outcome! My daughter felt so confident on her special day!
